House Rules

1. General Conduct

  1. Respect fellow tenants, staff, and visitors at all times.
  2. No loud noises or disruptive behavior, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  3. No illegal activities (drug use, gambling, theft, etc.) on the premises.
  4. Guests must follow all house rules; tenants are responsible for their guests’ actions.

2. Rent & Payments

  1. Rent must be paid on time.
  2. Security deposits are refundable upon move-out, provided there is no damage.
  3. Any additional fees (utilities, internet, etc.) must be settled as agreed.

3. Visitors & Guests

  1. Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only.
  2. No overnight guests unless pre-approved by management.
  3. Guests should not create disturbances or violate house rules.

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  1. Keep personal and common areas clean and tidy.
  2. Dispose of garbage properly and follow waste segregation guidelines.
  3. Report damages or maintenance issues immediately.
  4. Do not tamper with or misuse appliances and fixtures.

5. Room & Property Care

  1. No modifications, painting, or drilling without permission.
  2. Use furniture and appliances responsibly; any damages must be reported.
  3. No illegal subletting or changing of assigned rooms.

6. Kitchen & Cooking

  1. Label and store personal food properly.
  2. Clean up immediately after using kitchen facilities.
  3. Turn off appliances when not in use.
  4. No cooking in bedrooms for fire safety reasons.

7. Safety & Security

  1. Lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
  2. No weapons, hazardous materials, or explosives allowed.
  3. No unauthorized duplication of keys.
  4. Emergency exits and fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.

8. Prohibited Activities

  1. No smoking inside the premises (use designated areas if allowed).
  2. No pets unless permitted in the lease agreement.
  3. No excessive drinking or parties that cause disturbances.
  4. No business operations without prior approval.

9. Moving Out

  1. Provide at least __ days’ notice before vacating.
  2. Return the unit in good condition; cleaning fees may apply.
  3. Remove all personal belongings; unclaimed items may be disposed of.

10. Violation of Rules

  1. First violation – Verbal warning
  2. Second violation – Written warning
  3. Repeated or serious offenses may result in eviction without refund.
